Start:
- Stand Tall
- Raise knee to the side
Motion:
- Point knee forwards
- Return foot to ground
Repeat all reps with first leg before going on to the other.
This simultaneously strengthens and mobilizes the small hip musculature. More hip mobility equals fewer back and knee injuries.
