Elbow Plank

Position:

-          Weight on toes and elbows

-          Abdominals tight

-          Look between hands

-          Straight spine

 

Hold for desired amount of time.

 

The elbow plank trains lower back and core stability.  Many athletes have a tough time at first, which shows how weak they are in these areas.
